It can be hard to buy something as personal and three-dimensional as a pipe from a photo. Maybe I've just been lucky or maybe it's my poor photography, but usually customers say that their pipe looks better in the hand. It could go the other way, though, which is why I don't consider a pipe sold until you say you're happy. Also, if at any point something goes wrong with the pipe that is my fault, I'll fix it.
